(c) The marks obtained in an optional subject shall not count towards the percentage prescribed for a scholarship or fee concession.

(d) In case of LL-B-II and LL.B-III students, the tuition fee already paid shall be refunded proportionate to the scholarship awarded, on the declaration of the result of LL.B-I or LL.B-II.

(e) The award of Allama Iqbal Scholarship, Fatima Jinnah Scholarship, PLC Incentive Scholarship, PLC Fraternity Scholarship and PLC Hifz-e-Quran Scholarship and the grant of fee concession is also subject to the performance in the written test/interview conducted by the College.

(f) A candidate desirous of seeking any scholarship or fee concession, will apply on the prescribed `Scholarship Application Form', or, as the case may be, `Fee Concession Application Form', along with the Admission Form, and no request for the purpose will be entertained at any subsequent stage.

(g) Only one scholarship at a time would be admissible, and the students who avail themselves of any scholarship will not be entitled to `fee concession' and vice versa.

(h) The decision of the College authorities with reference to any scholarship, award/prize or fee concession shall be final.

(7) if his conduct and behaviour have otherwise been unsuitable or objectionable; and

(j) a fee concession may not be extended for the next academic year for any reasons mentioned at (i) above, or if a student does not secure at least 45% marks in the University examination relevant for the purpose.
